Compile & Install jwSMTP

Download jwSMTP
Unpack the archive.

tar -xvzf jwsmtp-<version>
cd jwsmtp-<version>
./configure
make
make install

where <version> is the latest version of jwSMTP without the <> symbols.
This compiles and installs the library.
